In Windows environments:
- Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox (old versions), Netscape, Mozilla, Internet Explorer 4: ALT + Hotkey.
- Firefox (last versions): ALT + Caps + hotkey.
- Internet Explorer and above: ALT + hotkey + ENTER
- Opera: Caps + ESC + hotkey
In Apple environments:
- CONTROL + hotkey
